We offer two services from our Crystal Ball service. Both are network independent, without contract services and allow you to track handsets wherever they should or shouldn’t be. Mobile Track

Mobile Track is an easy to install product that allows customers to track handsets anywhere in the world.

Mobile Track is a true live web based GPS tracking system which tracks and reports on the whereabouts and activity of the handset.

Its features include: live web based tracking, journey status indicators, geo-fences, alarms, current and historical day logs and scheduled email reports.

Couple all those features with a highly detailed, yet easy to use reporting structure, and you begin to see exactly why Crystal Ball is such a highly versatile and scaleable tracking system.

A comprehensive ‘help section’ is available, ensuring users maximise the full be benefits of Crystal Ball.

To start tracking users simply need any one of the supported handsets combined with a data tariff on their mobile account. 

Mobile Monitor

Mobile Monitor is Crystal Ball’s handset monitoring application, which is available as either a standalone product or as a bolt on with Mobile Track.

It is the first application available which reports in real time on all call, text, internet traffic and data usage information on the tracked handset.

Mobile Monitor’s call log report includes on all dialled calls, received calls, missed calls, with time and date stamp, and can be used to see when the mobile is being operated whilst on the move (when used with Mobile Track).

To add to all of this, a feature that has never been provided by the networks is the content of all text messages being sent and received. Mobile Monitor’s text log report shows the full content of all sent and received text messages with time and date stamp.

The alarms feature can be used to alert employers to users making or receiving calls or texts from specific numbers or visiting restricted web sites. This powerful application is invaluable when this information is required.
