Kristian Torode – Managing Director

Kristian is an experienced telecoms professional having worked in the industry for more than 20 years.

He cut his teeth in sales by working at Redstone Telecom, moving on to Genesis Communications where he worked his way up to Regional Sales Manager. He then moved to 4U Business to set up and run the London area before setting up Crystaline Communications.

He brings a pragmatic and common-sense approach with a real talent for simplifying complexity. His customers love his commitment, personal touch and energetic style.

Jeetinder Pinder – Sales Director

Jeetinder started his B2B Telecoms career in the late 1990’s with Redstone Telecom as an Account Manager. In 2001 he moved into the mobile phone industry with Genesis Communications working as Senior Business Partner and Area Sales Manager. He then moved to 4U Businessess where he built and managed a team of business advisors in the London area.

He spends a great deal of time working with third parties on behalf of his customers to ensure they receive the best possible service.

Justin Conneff – Head of Operations

Justin has been at Crystaline Communications since April 2009.  As Head of Operations, Justin has responsibility for ensuring the correct systems and procedures are in place to optimise customer satisfaction levels.

His experience comes from Telecoms and a wealth of other industries, including Gambling, Financial Services and the Not for Profit Sector of the Corporate Social Responsibility, Compliance and Fundraising. Justin brings a wealth of commercial experience to the business and is passionate about setting the highest standards of customer service.

Maria Øberg-Crothers  - Operations Manager

Maria graduated with a BA (Hons) in Art and Teaching of Ballet and worked for several years as a freelance Dance Teacher. She went on to work in a busy Solicitor’s office gaining valuable experience in higher level administration and office management.

Maria joined Crystaline in December 2007 and oversees the day-to-day administration and operations for both Mobile and Fixed Line. Maria’s keen eye for detail and dedication to her work makes her a valuable asset to the company.
