Investors in People are a highly recognised organisation that provides straightforward, proven frameworks for delivering business improvement through people. When they needed to reduce costs and implement a mobile email solution for their team, they asked Crystaline for advice. After analysing the billing history, it was clear that in order to reduce expenditure, a cost effective way to call numerous European locations and also Tokyo, their corporate headquarters was needed. The Licensing Agency is the leading provider of promotional Digital Entertainment content. When they needed to address 'lack of service' from their network providers, they chose Crystaline to provide an independent overview of their options. After a review of the various contracts TLA had signed up to, Crystaline's advise was to consolidate all contracts with a single provider, to improve service and reduce costs. AP Thomson Sports Engineering are an innovative company that designs and builds sports facilities from football pitches and tennis courts to athletics tracks. They needed to appraise their mobile contracts and asked Crystaline for an independent telecoms review.
