   Meet our teamKristian TorodeManaging Director
Having left Brunel University with a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Business Management, Kristian started his career with Redstone Telecom as a sales person learning the ropes.
After success there, Kristian moved to Genesis Communications where he worked his way up the ladder to a Regional Sales Manager. After three and half years at Genesis, Kristian moved to 4 U Business to setup and run the London area.
Again, Kristian brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in telecoms, sales and management to the organisation.
Jeetinder PinderSales Director
Jeetinder started his B2B Telecoms career in the late 90's with Redstone Telecom as an Account Manager.
In 2001 he moved into the mobile phone industry with Genesis Communications working as a successful Business Advisor / Senior Business Partner and Area Sales Manager.
In early 2005 he moved to 4u Business where he built and managed a team of Business Advisors in the London area, which was one of the most successful sales teams in the country.
He brings a wealth of telecoms / business and management experience to both the team at Crystaline Communications and our customers.
Paul WildesPaul Wildes has eight years experience as a financial director in some of the UK's leading companies. Before founding The Mansion Group which is now a £30M investment group, he was finance director with the 4U Business, a £50 million business, part of the Caudwell Group. The Caudwell Group was founded in 1987, and today is one of the UK's fastest growing companies with a £2 billion turnover and employing over 5,000 staff worldwide.
Prior to this, he was finance director with Accident Exchange Group Plc, a £220 million market capitalised accident management group, where he played a pivotal role in floating the company.
Other roles have included finance and commercial director with Sixt Kenning
Rent-a-Car, a German listed, £65 million turnover car rental and leasing
business.
Tony PazTony has many years experience working within the Telecommunications & IT Systems Integration industries. He has significant knowledge of deploying cutting edge technologies into Corporate, Government and Global Enterprise organisations.
Tony works with Crystaline Communications to provide technological and strategic advice in addition to his responsibilities as Operations Director within the company
Tony has held director level positions for the past 10 years within companies such as NetConnect plc, Caudwell Group and Fujitsu.
Justin ConneffHead of Operations
Justin has been working with Crystaline Communications since April 2009. As Head of Operations, Justin has responsibility for ensuring the correct systems and procedures are in place to optimise customer satisfaction levels.
Justin worked in the telecommunications industry with Genesis Communications as a business Advisor and Account Manager for three years up to 2005 before leaving the industry to broaden his commercial experience. Since then he has worked in a variety of industries including the Gambling Industry, the Financial Services Industry and the Not-For-Profit sector. By 2008 Justin was working solely as a consultant to both the Gambling industry and the Not for Profit sector in the areas of Corporate Social Responsibility, Compliance and Fundraising.
Justin brings a wealth of commercial experience to the company and is passionate about setting the highest standards of customer service as the best means of maximising retention revenue.
Maria Øberg-CrothersOperations Manager
Maria graduated with a BA (Hons.) in the Art and Teaching of Ballet and worked for several years as a freelance Dance Teacher. She went on to work in a busy Solicitor’s office gaining valuable experience in higher level administration and office management.
Maria joined Crystaline in December 2007 and oversees the day-to-day administration and operations for both Mobile and Fixed Line. Maria’s keen eye for detail and dedication to her work makes her a valuable asset to the company.
